[PS UINAR] The Master's Program in Quranic Studies and Interpretation held a National Seminar on the theme of Quranic Therapy and Stimulation. The main speaker was KH. Dr. Iskandar Mirza, M.Ag, a lecturer from the Postgraduate Program at the Islamic Nusantara University (UNINUS) Bandung. The seminar took place in the meeting room of the Director of Postgraduate Studies at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh on Friday, March 22, 2024.
The seminar also featured two other speakers: Misnawati, M.Ag., Ph.D., and Sri Mulyani, S.Th., lecturers and students of the Master's Program in Quranic Studies and Interpretation at the Postgraduate Study Program at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh.
Deputy Director Prof. Dr. T. Zulfikar, M.Ed., accompanied by Dr. Khairizzaman, MA, Head of the Master's Program in Quranic Studies and Tafsir at the Ar-Raniry State Islamic University (UIN) Banda Aceh, expressed his appreciation for the National Seminar discussing Quranic therapy and stimulation.
Prof. T. Zulfikar hoped the seminar would inspire participants to understand the Quran, especially during Ramadan, when people are increasing their Quran reading.
In his seminar, KH. Iskandar Mirza stated, "A person who reads the Quran and stops before experiencing the pleasure of reading is a devil who accompanies him to stop reading the Quran." He also explained the levels of Quranic reading: sitartil, sima'i, tartil, and tilawah. To reach the stage of Quranic healing, one must reach the tilawah stage.
He also advised that everyone has problems, and each person has a different way of solving them. Therefore, let us use the Quran as a solution to our problems in life. The Quran promises that those who hold fast to it, as the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), will never go astray. KH. Iskandar has also written a book, "Healthy with the Quran: Therapy and Stimulus of the Quran," which can be used as a reference to help heal using the Quran.
The National Seminar was attended by approximately 100 participants, including lecturers and students from the Postgraduate Program at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh.
